By downloading, installing, or using Caffeine Counter (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Caffeine Counter is a mobile application that allows you to track your daily caffeine intake. The App provides tools for logging beverages, viewing statistics, and monitoring consumption patterns.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The information provided by the App is for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Caffeine Counter offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:
- Monthly subscription: $0.99/month
- Annual subscription: $9.99/year
- Lifetime access: $49.99 one-time purchase
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of Caffeine Counter are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Caffeine content values are estimates based on publicly available data and may vary from actual amounts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Data and Privacy

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
